Before diving head first into the to-do list, stop for a minute to take in this very moment. Get intentional with your life.

What are you optimistic for?

Keep a tight hold of the #MonkeyMind so that you can make that optimism your reality!

Check-in with yourself regularly. Don’t lose that focus!

Keep the small, intentional shifts going to create momentum. Ride that momentum to go further.

You could look back at the end of this week in shock at the progress you’ve made towards feeling much happier in yourself.

For me, focus is my biggest battle. I set timers through the day to remind myself to re-focus. • Am I on track with what I wanted today to look like?
• Am I feeling in control or overwhelmed?
• What’s changed since this morning?
• How can I shift the balance back?
• What’s in and out of my control?
