The perfect prep to a great weekend.
Half-standing, half-seated slow-flowing class with a deep rest to finish; this class suits most abilities including those new to yoga, with some exceptions.
We focus on releasing tightness and tension in the back, hips and hamstrings while resetting your energy, settling your mind and shifting your nervous system so you’re ready for a proper rest.
